Ouch! recommends you complete your entire routine at least one time per day. The objective of your therapy routine is to put your body in the best possible position, and improve your body's mechanics in everything you do. Therefore, it makes sense to try and do your routine early in the day rather than just before bedtime. By doing the routine early, your body gets the benefit of using the improved position throughout the day. As with most exercise that focuses on conditioning, the corrective exercises are meant to impact your body over time. So over the course of a few weeks, or even months, consistency performing the exercises will be the most important factor. There are immediate changes that take place, however building good habits and mechanics will take a consistent effort.
